Ideas for Richerd 2010-12-21

1. translation for bio
2. display friendship status in the list of followers/followings. this might be better to be displayed manually.
3. pull down to update someone’s timeline and mentions.
4. save URL of tweets to EverNote
5. save entirely contents of tweets to EverNote

@mentions not appearing

We are aware that many tweets with @mentions are not appearing for the user mentioned. We’re actively working on fixing the issue. This affects Twitter.com and 3rd party applications.

Hi, Mr.Richerd.
Your app works well on my iPhone3GS/iOS4.1
and I have some thoughts about app, so I wrote down about them below. 

1.
by new features of this update, some phrases of localization should be re-written.
e.g. contacts: 最近の連絡先 -> 連絡先

2.
“Feedback” under “Settings” is nice. 
I guess this might access to feedback.hootsuite.com
but I wonder how many rights to vote do I have?
on web version, I can vote only up to 3 for each suggestion.
but this iphone app seems to be able to vote up to 5 for each suggestion.

3.
from previous ver., chart on stat cannot be displayed. only “Loading Chart …”

4.
adding to list doesn’t work sometimes.

5.
feature of “remove from list” is implemented?

6.
when adding to list, not only my lists but someone’s lists I’m following are displayed and selectable.
but someone’s lists should not be displayed, I think.

7.
“Messages To Load” is good idea.
now I’m setting this to 25.
but on streams of list load only upto 20 tweets.

8. [new idea]
when I composing a reply-message to some one’s tweet, texts of reply origin will be displayed in composing screen.

9.
on the screen of someone’s profile, Bio area should be scrollable. 
currently, many Japanese’s Bio cannot be displayed fully. 
because Japanese characters are bigger(wider) than alphabets, so a few more lines are needed. 

10.
on someones profile screen, whether I’m following or not and whether I’m being followed or not are wanted to be displayed.

11. [Is this difficult?]
Japanese date-time format should be improved.
I mentioned about this point to you via email twice.
current: 9月11, 7:30 午後
correct: 9月11日 午後7:30  or  9月11日 19:30
(午後 means pm)
and I prefer to 24h-time to 12h-time. I mean I prefer “19:30” to “7:30 pm”.

“Show Conversation” at any tweets if the tweet has “in reply to” info.
 Can this be done?

I want these features on someone’s profile.
1) Report SPAM
2) Block this user 
3) Open location in Maps
4) Lists, that following this user (because I want to know what lists are following me (^^;; )

Can the conversation history be displayed backwards by date-time?

私の場合； 返信ボタンをタップしたりとか、何かのタイミングで突然アプリが落ちた事が2〜3回ありました。

他の人の例； どのタイミングで起きるか不明だけど、症状としては通信中のぐるぐるが出っぱなしで、フリックの反応も変換候補表示もつっかえつっかえになってその後強制終了するって感じ。 頻度はiOS4にしてから2〜3回程度。

いずれも、iOS4はリリース当日か翌日に導入しています。

上記の様に、今のところ、機能的な不具合は無く、動作の安定性に課題があるようです。 あと、以前リチャードさんに報告した、カラムヘッダ(ストリーム名？)が消える現象が、iOS4にしてから発生しなくなりました。
